Jessica Simpson and the Three Players

Jessica Simpson may have started out as pop’s most vocal virgin, but these days her boots are made for knockin’. The newly single singer is at the top of every man’s wishlist and Us Weekly has called her the "hottest bachelorette in Hollywood." Take that, Lindsay. These days who doesn’t want a piece of Jessica? The celebrity weekly claims she’s got three men to choose from right now. Let’s hope one of them is just right for miss Goldilocks.

Bachelor number one is Adam Levine of Maroon 5. If you follow gossip - and since you’re on the Bosh, I’m guessing you do - you’ve known for months that Jessica and Adam have chemistry. They reportedly hooked up while Jessica was still married to Nick Lachey and have since met up again. The downside to Levine, however, is that Jessica isn’t the only lady presumably sharing his bed. Kirsten Dunst has canoodled with him and Lindsay Lohan may have written about him in her recently-stolen diary.

A slightly more surprising suitor is Jude Law. Law is freshly single again too, after finally splitting from his on-again off-again girlfriend, Sienna Miller. Law’s a lothario with a thing for younger blondes. Sienna is 9 years younger than him and Jessica is eight years younger. Jess and Jude have had two dates according to Us - one in his hotel room at Chateau Marmont and another night of drinking chaperoned by her buddies. "She thought it was fun to hang out with him,� said an insider. Unfortunately for Law, it’s not to be. “She doesn't have a crush on Jude, but she thought he was nice."

Josh Lucas is the third major star pining for Miss Simpson. Lucas played Reese Witherspoon’s love interest in the movie Sweet Home Alabama and he’s from the south in real life too. His shared background with Jessica drew him to her. "He is…into her being from the South,� one of his pals says. But it could be Josh’s lust for big bosomed ladies that really hooked him on the former newlywed. He also dated the voluptuous Salma Hayek. Salma’s far from his mind now, though. “Josh has the hots for [Jessica] big time...there was chemistry," said his friend. But Jessica didn’t feel the chemistry herself. A source close to Simpson said that while Lucas, did “hit on" Jessica, "she is not into him - no matter how much he wants her."
