Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized

Actress Lindsay Lohan was admitted to a Miami hospital Monday night after suffering a severe asthma attack. The Mean Girls star is now "resting comfortably," a source close to the actress tells People Magazine.

This is not Lindsay's first hospitalization, last year, the Just my luck star revealed her dramatic weight loss earlier left her hospitalized near death.

"I was going through a lot of stuff and overworking and not thinking of my body," she said. "I lost 20-25 pounds. I was on IV drips. I nearly died, " the star said at the time

Lohan celebrated New Year's Eve in Miami, hosting a party at Prive Nightclub.

Lohan, 19, is set to begin shooting her new film, Chapter 27, in two weeks, People reports. .... that's the offical story.... we are waiting for the dirt...

Miami has alot of moldy run down buildings, you have the glamor and the squalor right next to each other in South Beach. I'm not surprised she got sick there. I saw the most beautiful sunset there of my life there though right by the late Versaces Mansion.
