Hostel, the new horror flick by Eli Roth pays homage to the horror flicks from years gone by, when gore was cool. The movie does not disappoint in the gore department, what was disappointing was the amount of average Joe's in the movie. Sure the film had a few hot chicks, I saw looks of tits & ass ... but the guys are all so average. Jay Hernandez really hit the wall ... he looks a hot mess in this movie...(he was kinda hot) ... & he was the hottest guy in the movie ... that said it is so much more appealing to see hot people killed in horror flick ... it's just the way it is done, Eli ... why mess with the wheel buddy. Its' still candy because we like different
