On ABC’s “Lost,� actress Michelle Rodriguez plays Ana Lucia, a tough-talking Latina broad who would rather spit in your paella then serve you sangria to accompany it. In real life, however, Michelle does love her sangria. On December 1, she was arrested after police saw her black Mercedes swerving all over the Pali Highway in the Honolulu-bound lanes from Kailua.
The drunkette was given a sobriety test; she got an F minus. KITV is now reporting that court and police documents show that Rodriguez was quite literally a bitch on wheels. “I don’t fucking belong here!� she is quoted as yelling. “Why don’t you just put a gun to my head and shoot me! You’ve already taken my freedom! You might as well take my life too!�
Er, um, earth to celebrity!!!!! The whole idea is that by stopping you from driving drunk, they are saving your life and quite possibly that of other people too. Not for nothing do people talk about a designated driver, and not a designated dingbat. (By Scott Rose)
