Sexy pop diva Britney Spears, threw her husband / aspiring rapper Kevin Federline, 27, out of their Malibu home on Nov. 30 - just two days before her 24th birthday reports Star Magazine. Britney's fury was prompted, a source tells Star, by Kevin's marijuana smoking pal showing up at their Malibu home. "Kevin said, 'She's trippin' over me smoking' weed,'" the source tells Star. "Kevin added, 'She told me to get the f--- out.'"
"Then Britney turned round and fired two of her longtime security guards for letting what she called 'the weedman' into the house. She just seemed crazy with anger."
After throwing her extra hung hubby out, Britney Spears started to return his toys -- first up - HIS FERRARI (technically this belongs to Britney), WHICH SHE SENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP.
Later that day, Britney headed to L.A. nightclub LAX where, says a source: "She was laughing and carrying on like she didn't have a care in the world."
Earlier this month, Britney reportedly demanded a trial separation and supposedly kicked Kevin out of their Malibu home, after serious fighting.

I hope Ms Spears learns from this you can't let any man use you no matter what. In the future I hope she is smarter than to pick up a loser from the start.

Britney knows what is best for her and little sean preston. I am sure she will do what is best for her and the baby. she is a smart girl and knows right from wrong for her and sean preston. good luck britney, i support you 100%!!

Its really sad that she does not see hes using her. She should end it now before he stick around long enough to have something to use against her later in court to void her prenup or make ehr look bad. No one will blame her if she filed for an annulment/divorce. In fact I would respect her more if she did. I think most people would, After all its time to grow uo she a mother now.

Britney Spears is a beautiful woman person who has everything going for her. Shes hott, rich, famous, and has a new baby boy. If kevin can only cause her pain she should let him go. After all, is there really a kevin without britney? No. is there a britney without kevin? OF COURSE! I LOVE YOU BRITNEY YOUR BEAUTIFUL!

I may not be a Britney fan, but I sure hope she wins custody of her kids and that K-loser-fed gets not even 1 penny from her. This is a clear cut case of pond scum hanging on to a star. Go Britney!
