Actress Julia Roberts became known as "America's Sweetheart" after playing a hooker in "Pretty Woman." Before marrying cameraman Danny Moder, she had dated and/or become engaged to Liam Neeson, Daniel Day-Lewis, Matthew Perry, Dylan McDermott and Kiefer Sutherland. With all that action, it's a wonder she found time to marry and divorce Lyle Lovett.
Just one year ago in Bulgaria, archeologists unearthed a 9,000 year old female skeleton and named it "Julia Roberts" because of its perfect teeth. Star magazine has now dug up more dirt on Roberts than was surrounding that skeleton at the time of its disinterment. They say she sits in front of the entertainment center in her home in Taos, New Mexico, watching "Pretty Woman" and crying. Is she sad about never having done it in real life with Richard Gere?
No. She feels that as a 38-year-old mother of twins, she is not the same gorgeous creature she was 15 years ago. The mag goes on to point out that Julia, at one time ubiquitous as a fashion plate, is presently seen mainly wearing the kind of styles Mary-Kate has popularized. That famous person, A.
