Exceedingly sordid details are coming to light in the heartbreaking murder of music manager Danny Harrison at the hands of his lady love Kathleen Connors. Meanwhile, one of Harrison's ex-clients, Billy Joel, is quoted in the New York Daily News as saying: "I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to Danny Harrison. My sympathy goes out to his family."
Connors was arraigned yesterday on second-degree murder charges in the fashionable Manhattan Criminal Court. She sobbed as officials perused her legal records, which include four arrests for prostitution. No word on whether she actually wailed: "This is just whore-ible!" One of her ex-clients, speaking on condition of anonymity, offered this: "I always said that was a killer pussy!"
Describing how she came to kill Harrison with a butcher knife, Connors said she and the victim were celebrating his 57th birthday on Sunday by freebasing cocaine. Police investigating the story say they found no drugs in the love nest turned murder den. Harrison, who had a Master's in Psychology, evidently had not learned enough and probably would be alive today had he gone for his Ph.D. (By Scott Rose)
