Mom-to-be Katie Holmes says she's ecstatic about being pregnant with Tom Cruise's baby.
"I'm beaming and I'm just so excited," Katie Holmes told Access Hollywood At the Rock & Republic fashion show in Los Angeles Wednesday night. Let me rephrase, Katie said she was excited about 1000 times, poor girl seems to have loss control of the English language. Her vocabulary includes, amazing, exciting, unbelievable and words of that nature.
In June friends of Katie Holmes said that the Batman Begins actress, 26, couldn't wait to have kids with her megastar fiance Tom Cruise, 43. "Katie says she's having the most amazing time of her life," a friend of hers tells Star. "The last few months have been wonderful, and she can't wait to start a family with Tom."
It was Holmes's first public appearance since her pregnancy was announced. A rep for the couple refused to say how far along the pregnancy is, but the 26-year-old actress is visibly pregnant reports MSNBC
Holmes told Access Hollywood that they have already started to put together a baby room, and she confessed that other maternal instincts have kicked in as well. "I'm learning how to knit," she said.
The couple is also planning a wedding, though no date has been set. "There is so much excitement going on," Holmes said.
