British Actor Jude Law and Sienna Miller have officially ended their engagement, a source close to the actor tells PEOPLE. The pair were beginning to get back on track following newspaper revelations that the Alfie actor had an affair with nanny Daisy Wright. British media reported this week that Miller had been seeing Law's friend, actor Daniel Craig, while Law was fighting to win her back.

"Their relationship is over. Jude is moving on."

Meanwhile, Sienna Miller is laughing at recent claims that Jude Law has dumped her after he realized she was fooling around with her Layer Cake co-star, Daniel Craig. "I dumped Jude three months ago," Miller said to ContactMusic.com. "I just could not forgive him for what he did to me. We managed to remain friends but he really hurt me."

Craig and a spokesman for Miller deny the pair had a relationship, and a source close to Miller and Law tells PEOPLE that the rumors aren't true. "Her and Daniel Craig are very good friends and have been for a while ... It's all just too ridiculous for words."
