Angelina Jolie loved by Brad Pitt's granny

Actor Brad Pitt's grandmother is said to have urged the actor to go slow with his romance with Angelina Jolie.

The Mr. & Mrs. Smith star was plagued by rumors of an affair with Angelina Jolie before his split from ex-wife Aniston was officially announced, and his relatives are doubtful about Jolie's suitability because she has been divorced twice.

"The family want Brad to go slow. Angelina's been married twice, Brad is just divorced," Contactmusic quoted Pitt's grandma Betty Russell as saying.

"The family still love Jennifer Aniston," she added.

Last week, the National Enquirer reported that Brad phoned his mom in Missouri and told her he wanted to come home to introduce Angelina and her babies, Zahara and Maddox, a source says she told him she was not ready to meet his new girlfriend! Insiders say Brad's mom, who still meets with Jennifer Aniston and phones her frequently, is extremely loyal to the ex-wife -- and needs time to adjust to life without her.
