After weeks of speculation over Paris Hilton's engagement to Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis, a source very close to the Latsis's family says that the wedding plans are off reports Radar Magazine
"For their son to even think of marrying such a woman is an insult to the entire family. She simply looks like a promiscuous innkeeper's daughter to them. Paris [Latsis] knew this, which is why he didn't tell his mother the whole story. He knew she wouldn't agree to the match."
And he was right. "When Paris [Hilton] realized what was going on, she was fuming-fuming!-at her supposed fiance for not standing up for her and for the embarrassment she and her family were going through."
"Paris is trying to save her image, denying the truth, but in reality, Latsis dumped her on orders from his family, specifically his mother," the source tells Radar Magazine.
