Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey relief benefit

Jessica Simpson and hubby Nick Lachey, who teamed up together to sing "America the Beautiful" at the Washington Redskins' season kickoff game, are also teaming up for a hurricane relief benefit to happen next month in Las Vegas. Lachey says, "(We're taking part in a) benefit event that's going to happen in Las Vegas in mid-October. We're trying to put that together right now."

Simpson adds, "I spent a lot of times in New Orleans because I shot The Dukes of Hazzard in Baton Rouge. We made a lot of friends (there). I immediately was texting and calling and shooting out emails to make sure people were okay.
