Super model Heidi Klum and Jenny McCarthy have offered Pop Diva Britney Spears advice about losing weight after childbirth reports Sify

"If you worked really hard before and don't go too crazy, you shouldn't have to work as hard afterward (to lose the baby weight)," Klum, who gave birth to her second child Henry, just two days before Spears, was quoted by UK's Femalefirst, as saying.

Jenny McCarthy stresses that patience is the key to getting back in shape again.

"Most women who come up to me want to know about the weight and what to do to get it off. I tell them patience. (It takes) about a full year before you can fit back into your jeans. Patience," she said.

Spears and her husband Kevin Federline became the proud parents of Sean Preston four days before their first wedding anniversary.
