Back in August, Jennifer Aniston suffered the horror of having somebody steal her underwear from a trailer on the set of "The Breakup" and then selling it on E-Bay.
Shortly thereafter, the 48-year-old David Hesterbey of Santa Barbara trespassed inside Jenn's lavish Malibu home. Shocked house staff confronted him before calling the cops; he said he was "Looking for Jennifer." The police came and David Hesterbey gave chase, but was arrested on Malibu Beach and charged with trespassing.
David Hesterby remains in custody on $70,000 bail (which Jen could easily afford) pending a hearing on September 26th. Behind bars, he should have little problem obeying the restraining order that's been placed on hm; for three years he can not go within 100 yards of Jenn, her home, work or vehicle.
