Madonna OK

"Madonna is doing great. She's up and in great spirits. She's not feeling that bad. She's getting around," her publicist Liz Rosenberg says.

On Tuesday, during celebrations for her 47th birthday, the suffered several broken bones on when she fell off a horse while riding at her English country. "She was riding a new horse, not her regular horse," her New York publicist Liz Rosenberg said.

Madonna and an assistant were riding, when the singer, on a new horse she wasn't accustomed to, took a tumble. Her children, Rocco, 5, and Lourdes, 8, were at the home but were not with their mother at the time, Rosenberg said, adding: "The whole family was out in the country, celebrating her birthday."

So will she get back on the horse and ride again? "Knowing her, she'll be riding next week," says Rosenberg. "She is a fearless girl."
