Lindsay not with Mortaza |

It looks as though the Bosh and several other gossip sites and columns have been bamboozled by an overeager playboy. We received numerous tips from a so-called "insider" that Lindsay Lohan was dating the producer of the Lingerie Bowl, Mitch Mortaza. One such tip even claimed that Lindsay had cut short her European press tour for Herbie: Fully Loaded in order to spy on Mitch and make sure he was not hooking up with her rival, Ashlee Simpson. But it looks like those tips were coming from Mitch's friends, who were anxious to make their pal an overnight celebrity. Radaronline contacted Lindsay's rep, Leslie Sloane, to get the real story. Sloane said, "I've got tabloid reporters calling me every day with these same items, saying they heard he was seen outside Cartier buying her a ring - all from the same source. She's not dating him. There is no way they are together. She's in Long Island with her family and will be returning to L.A. in ten days. I think Mitch needs to get a life. I'm ready to stick a cease and desist on these guys." Frankly, I'm relieved to find out this story's a sham. Though Lindsay's life choices might not always seem sensible, I still thought it was a little fishy that she'd go after a sleazebag like Mortaza.
