According to published reports, actress Lindsay Lohan is expected to appear in her parents' divorce court as a key witness. The Mean Girls Star might be permitted to testify via videotape.
The trial in State Supreme Court in Nassau County began last week with Lindsay's father Michael Lohan, and mother Dina Lohan arriving with their attorneys.
Michael Lohan wants Lindsay Lohan's money. Dina Lohan, wants full custody of her children, alimony and one million dollars in damages.
Michael Lohan was wearing handcuffs in court because he is serving time for attempted assault and other charges.
"He doesn't even deserve my respect," Lindsay said of her father in an interview in the April edition of W magazine.
"My mom has always been a great support, and she has put so much of her own life into my career. I do worry about her," Lindsay told People magazine
