Angelina Jolie is that much closer to walking down the aisle for the third time. A judge has signed off on the divorce of Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, though the split won't be legal until October 2. October 2 is exactly six months after the couple first filed for divorce, which is the earliest that the divorce can take place. The papers read, "Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons." The couple announced to the world that they had separated in January, amidst rumors that Pitt had had an affair with Jolie while they shot Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Pitt and Jolie have since tried to maintain a low profile as they romance each other. But Angelina is starting to thaw from her formally icy reaction to questions about the relationship. Star magazine claims she's been candid about her feelings for Brad, admitting to her new daughter Zahara and a stranger, "Mommy misses Brad." She's even rumored to be planning a wedding to her new beau. For this smitten woman, October 2 can't get here fast enough.
