On Sunday, British tabloid News of the World, claimed former Hole singer Courtney Love was expecting Alan Partridge star Steve Coogan's baby. The troubled rocker reportedly discovered she was pregnant three days ago through a home pregnancy kit.
“Yes, I am pregnant with Steve's baby, but I'd rather not talk about our relationship,� the 41-year-old, on again off again star told the paper. “[But] when I was with Steve, I did things that I shouldn't have done. I passed the line of what even I think is normal.�
A friend of the widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain said she conceived the baby during a two-week fling with Coogant while the pair were staying at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood.
Courtney has slammed the report declaring their relationship is purely platonic.
"Courtney Love wishes to make it clear that she denies recent stories suggesting she is pregnant or has had a relationship with Steve Coogan. She confirms that she and Steve are good friends and have met a few times in Los Angeles."
