Lil' Kim sues Lil' Cease for $6M |

Hip Hop Star Lil' Kim has filed a $6 million civil lawsuit against James "Lil' Cease" Lloyd - the leader of Kim's former Brooklyn clique, Junior M.A.F.I.A.. "Lil' Cease" provided testimony that helped secure Lil' Kim's conviction on federal perjury and conspiracy charges. The 30-year-old rapper, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, has been ordered to report to prison Sept. 19.
According to The Associated Press, the suit filed Monday accuses James "Lil' Cease" Lloyd - the leader of Kim's former Brooklyn clique, Junior M.A.F.I.A. - of using the the Queen Bee's name and likeness to promote his forthcoming DVD, "The Chronicles of Junior M.A.F.I.A. Part II: Reloaded," tentatively scheduled for release later this month. Kim split from the group back in 2001.

Lil' Kim says the DVD, was unauthorized and improperly uses her name, image and likeness, amounting to false advertising and false endorsement.
Lil' Kim also alleges that Lloyd has publicly announced that the DVD will include interviews with him and other members of the Junior M.A.F.I.A. explaining their involvement in her trial.
The company that produced Mr Lloyd's DVD, Ground Zero Entertainment, is also listed as a defendant in the case.
