Super skinny sexpot Kate Moss has won her libel case over a drug story which ran in Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper.
Kate Moss currently in the Big Apple aka New York shopping for a hot apartment will collect substantial libel damages from Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper after the tabloid published a false report claiming the supermodel had fallen ill because of drugs reports People Magazine
"The allegations are untrue," Gerard Tyrrell, an attorney for Moss, said Wednesday. Tyrrell also announced the settlement on behalf of his client, who did not show up for the High Court's hearing in London.
Last January, the Mirror claimed that during a 2001 trip to Barcelona, Spain, Moss slipped into a coma after ingesting a large amount cocaine.
