For the better part of a year, wagging tongues loved the exercise they were getting when talking about the dragged-out, smoldering bust-up between "Newlyweds" Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey. Along comes Star, reporting that Jessica's mom Tina told her "There are hurdles you face in marriage and you can't just give up." Tina told her multi-millionaire superstar daughter to grow up and get tough in order to save her union of love with Nick. Now, every time the couple is seen in public, they are like peach-faced love birds rubbing their peachy faces together and cooing. The Bosh is delighted for them of course but one really can't get much gossip mileage out of a pair of happy peach-faced love birds. (By Scott Rose)
