There won't be a Miss Congeniality 3 any time soon - and not because the second one bombed. Rather it's because the star of the films, Miss Sandra Bullock, is about to become a Mrs. Us Weekly reports this week that Bullock will wed her "Monster Garage" boyfriend, Jesse James, on July 16 in Santa Barbara. The pair have been dating for some time and have been spotted numerous times shopping for "engagement rings". Still Bullock's people denied the wedding rumor on last night's "Access Hollywood," claiming that Bullock and James aren't even engaged. Only time will tell on this one, but should the wedding be cancelled, it won't be the only Santa Barbara ceremony that suffered that fate. Both Britney Spears and Kevin Federline and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez had to cancel their weddings in the sunny California city after the press found out about them.
