According to a source: "The negotiations are in motion. Britney Spears desperately wants to do it and knows she has to stay in good shape."
Vanity Fair hopes to shoot Britney Spears in her seventh month of pregnancy to time its release before she gives birth to her first child some time in autumn, reports Life & Style magazine.
