Throw The Bookings At Him
Alan Walker, President of Program Corporation of America, has been found guilty of 60 counts of fraud. None of the counts were Dracula, however, among those who had been booked to make speeches through Mr. Walker and then not received payment are Magic Johnson, Andy Roony, Rubin Carter, James Earl Jones and Deborah Norville. The defense tried to show that Walker wasn't trying to bilk his clients but rather was trying to keep his failing business afloat by diverting speakers' earnings to salary and overhead. Sounds like bilking to us! (By Scott Rose) |
