Tobacco smoke is well-documented as a carcinogen and now it is proving ugly to gossip too. After a gossip-feeding-frenzy regarding the presumed pregnancy of Demi Moore by Ashton Kutcher, Demi has been seen smoking in public, a sign, some say, that she is not with child. It could simply be, however, that she doesn't give a damn about her live childrens' inhaling second-hand smoke and still less about the noxious effects tobacco smoke have on a fetus.
