P Word Used In Jackson Trial

Jackson attorney Thomas A. Messereau Jr., in detailing the extremely different versions of the same event told at varying times by Jackson's accuser's younger brother, has used the word "penis" in the courtroom. That same younger brother told sheriff's investigators last year that he had seen "a red ring" around the top of a soda can Jackson gave his accuser, the implication being that wed wine was in the can, but he later said the wine was white. Maybe people can change color; wine is not known to do so. In an out-of-the-courtroom development, Jay Leno had the bad taste to say that Michael Jackson called Martha Stewart to ask her what it is like to be in jail as a white woman. We continue to hope that justice will prevail and that the accuser's parents will get whacked with wood panels. (By Scott Rose)
