Sean Connery sued by his neighbor

Actor Sean Connery, star of several James Bond films is being sued by his neighbor, Dr. Burton Sultan for $30 million over issues concerning the Manhattan apartment in which they live. Dr. Burton Sultan says Connery is trying to force his family out of the apartment by creating a hostile environment, including loud music, noises, rats, and water damage.

A member of Sultan's family allegedly approached Sean Connery over the problems and was confronted by the actor himself.

"Connery's appearance and behavior was that of a rude, foul-mouthed, fat old man," according to the lawsuit.
