Marcia Cross to reveal she is gay ? |

Marcia Cross, who plays Stepford-ish wife Bree Van De Kamp on Desperate Housewives, will appear on the cover of US gay magazine The Advocate to announce her sexuality next month. Marcia, 43, is believed to be in a long-term relationship with a brunette from another top US show. "Everyone on the show is aware of Marcia's leanings, as is the rest of Hollywood," reports an insider to the Sun paper. The revelation is unlikely to alter the actress' role in the show, although an upcoming storyline does involve a close family member coming out. Bree's son, played by Shawn Pyfrom, will come out in the second series, currently about to start showing in the US. Star Magazine recently said that Cross got back with her ex-lover Mark Harelik, so time will have to tell.
