Lindsay's dad wanted to kill the family ?

In divorce papers filed in Nassau County Court, the father of teen movie star Lindsay Lohan is accused of threatening to kill his estranged wife and children. The papers were filed last month by the Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan. Dina Lohan is seeking full custody of the couple's children, alimony and one-million-dollars in damages. Michael Lohan allegedly told the family's security guard last year that he was going to kill the family and enjoy it. He also allegedly stated that "O.J Simpson has nothing on me.'' Lohan was arrested on drunken driving charges last Saturday in Syosset. Lohan's attorney, Dominic Barbara, was not immediately available for comment.
